The Service

Your Yard AI ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Your Yard App LLC (Dean Moore), provides plant recommendations and design assistance. Suggestions are informational; outcomes depend on local conditions and care.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and all activity under it. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Subscriptions & Billing

Monthly Plan: $4.99/month

Annual Plan: $54.99/year (save ~8%)

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Management: Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Trials: Free trials may be offered; unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase.

Refunds: Managed by Apple under App Store policy.

Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notice.

Plant Recommendations & Disclaimers

Our suggestions are based on general guidelines and AI analysis. They:

May not suit your specific location, soil, climate, or conditions;
Should be verified with local nurseries or gardening experts;
Do not guarantee plant survival, health, or growth;
Are not a substitute for professional horticultural advice.

We are not responsible for plant health, growth, survival, or any damages resulting from following our recommendations.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service;
Infringe others' rights;
Upload unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content;
Attempt to circumvent security or access non-public areas.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes, availability, or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet failures).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
